This week Nick Carlino is touring with 20 lucky patrons in his family’s hometown of Abruzzo, Italy. Along the way they will be making visits to pasta-making facilities and olive groves. Pasta-making is a classic Carlino family tradition that they have been sharing with their customers since 1983. The pasta-making experience is even more authentic in its birthplace. Olives are a part of just about any Mediterranean garden. At Carlino’s we produce 17 varieties of olive oils meaning there is something for everyone. Put the two together and you get a delicious dish the whole family will enjoy!
