It seems like just yesterday, football season kicked off in September with everyone excited for what lied ahead. Now after all the dust has settled, just 5 teams remain vying for the title (yes, you read that right!) – the Atlanta Falcons, Green Bay Packers, New England Patriots, the Pittsburgh Steelers and Carlino’s- Makers & Purveyors of Artisan Foods! The other 4 teams will battle it out this weekend to see who will reach the final game, while we at Carlino’s know we will reach the summit and be involved on Big Game Sunday- and we’re saving our best for last!
Below are highlights from our 2017 Game Day menu, and you won’t see highlights this good on any post game show!
Kickoff – Signature Hot Dips
We have created a new dip exclusive to this menu that is a must try! It’s our new & awesome Italian Sausage & Broccoli Rabe Dip. Yes, it’s as good as it sounds and will beat all competition! It features our House-made Italian sweet sausage, broccoli rabe, roasted red peppers, garlic, cream cheese, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmigiano Reggiano & seasonings. That is a combination stronger than any offensive line in the league!
The Field Goal – Strombolis
Another new creation specifically for this menu, we intercept our Four Seasons tomato pie and make it into a delicious Four Seasons Stromboli. Broccoli rabe, roasted red peppers, roasted artichokes, black olives, garlic, ricotta, mozzarella, fresh herbs and olive oil fill this Stromboli, perfect to heat, slice and serve!
Our renowned, famous roasted wings are also available in three flavors – Classic Herb Roasted, Sweet & Smoky BBQ and spicy!
Sweet Victory – Homemade Desserts
The Fieldgoal – in football, there is rarely anything wrong with settling for three, and in the case of Carlino’s Game Day Menu, that definitely applies! Our field goal is made up of our signature cookies, brownies and Belgian chocolate covered pretzels!
The Touchdown – Game Day inspired & decorated cake bites, itsy bitsy cupcakes, mini cannoli, chocolate dipped football éclairs & strawberries.
As we know, takes more than a few key pieces (dishes) to make up a team (menu). That being said, our menu also includes dips, spreads, cheese & meat trays, hoagie bites and more! As always, our renowned hot and cold sandwiches, prepared foods, and of course, tomato pie will be available all week leading up to kickoff!
