We take pride in producing the best quality product out of our kitchens and ovens each day. One point of pride in particular is our Brick Oven Pies. We make these items fresh daily to serve in our stores. These are one of our most frequent catering items that grace the tables of many corporate and family gatherings.
Tomato Pie
Our tomato pie is renowned throughout the area as the best there is. It’s always topped with our Carlino’s signature fresh chunky, tomato basil sauce & is unique throughout the area. If you don’t have this at every family party or tailgating a sporting event, then you don’t know what you’re missing! It enhances any experience.
For those wondering, our tomato pie is vegetarian and vegan as well!
Margherita Pie
The margherita pie is also topped with Carlino’s chunky tomato basil sauce and fresh basil but also has the addition of fresh mozzarella! This was a big hit of our friends at Fox29 Good Day Philadelphia including Bob Kelly, Mike Jerrick, Karen Hepp and Alex Holley!
Spinach & Ricotta Pie
House made spinach and ricotta blend, fresh plum tomatoes, shredded mozzarella, fresh garlic- need we say more?
These three pies above will also be available in early 2017 as part of our Quick Pickup menu. No need to rush to the phone. We now offer easy online ordering and quick in-store pick-up on select items. You can order slices of these pies and pick them up within 30 minutes.
4 Seasons Pie
If you’re looking for some healthy substance, the 4 Seasons Pie should be your selection! Another vegetarian option offers a fully loaded pizza including broccoli rabe, roasted red peppers, roasted artichokes, sliced black olives, shredded mozzarella cheese, fresh garlic, and extra virgin olive oil. All of these flavors added together equal a delicious combination!
White Focaccia Pie
For those customers who are not inclined toward tomato sauce, we have our White Focaccia Pie with Anchovies. The signature focaccia pie has Extra Virgin olive oil, garlic, sea salt, and fresh rosemary and can compete with any pie on this menu!
