Welcome to our Carlino’s 2019 Cheese Series, a 6 part series where we will dive deep into all the gouda parts of cheese.

We invite you to join us on an adventure where we will take a culinary tour around our cheese case. You will both taste and learn all their is to know about different kinds of cheese – how to make the perfect cheeseboard, what’s the difference in taste between cow’s milk and goat’s milk and which is the best cheese for your dietary needs. Join our cheese monger, staff and various beverage partners such as Chaddsford Winery. Our delicious cheese selections will be paired with meats, jams, honeys and of course, wine!

Each class over the next 6 months will have a different theme, meaning you’ll get to tray a wide array of different cheeses and what pairs well with them. Purchase tickets fast though, seating is very limited.
