Angus Beef Burgers with Pesto
Carlino’s Angus Beef Burgers
1/2 cup of Carlino’s Pesto
1/4 cup of Mayonnaise
Ciabatta Rolls
4 Portobello Mushrooms, Stemmed
Roasted Red Peppers
Provolone Cheese

Stir pesto and mayo together and spread across toasted rolls. Grill mushrooms and place on burger along with the roasted red peppers! Add all of your extra favorites and you are ready to go!

Grilled Corn on the Cob
Corn Ears
Softened Butter
Salt and Pepper

Peel back corn husks. Rub corn with softened butter and salt and pepper to taste. Close husks and wrap corn ears tightly in aluminum foil. Grill for 30 minutes or until corn is tender.

Grilled Bananas
4 Bananas
I cup brown sugar
I teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups Carlino’s vanilla gelato
I tablespoon lemon juice

Cut bananas into small pieces. Mix cinnamon and brown sugar in bowl. Sprinkle bananas with lemon juice. Roll bananas into sugar mixture until well coated. Place bananas on lightly oiled, aluminum foil and place on grill. Cook 3 minutes on each side then place 2 scoops of vanilla gelato and sprinkle remaining sugar mixture on top!
