Gran Pecorino Carlino<\/li>\n<li>8 oz. Trugole<\/li>\n<li>8 oz. Tallegio<\/li>\n<li>14 oz. Milk<\/li>\n<li>3.5 Tbs. Butter<\/li>\n<li>7 egg yolks<\/li>\n<li>Sliced mushrooms<\/li>\n<li>Salt &#038; Pepper<\/li>\n<li>Toasted Italian bread<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instructions<\/strong><br \/>\n<em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Cut the cheese into thin slices and marinate in the milk for 4 or more hours.<\/li>\n<li>Put the butter in a fondue pot.<\/li>\n<li>Slowly add the cheese and 5 Tbs. of the milk that it ismarinated in.<\/li>\n<li>Melt the cheese, stirring continuously until it can be pulled out in strings.<\/li>\n<li>Whisk the egg yolks with the remaining milk and stir in quickly with the cheese to give a smooth, thick creaminess to the fonduta.<\/li>\n<li>Season with salt and pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Divide the fonduta into small bowls, sprinkle with thinly sliced mushrooms and serve with toasted Italian bread.<\/li>\n<li>This is true comfort food.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>All of the ingredients in the above recipe are available at Carlino\u2019s Specialty Markets.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/br><\/p>\n<h3>Sampling Saturday Events<\/h3>\n<p><strong>December 1, 2012<\/strong> &#8211;
