I asked around the\nstore, and here are some of the staff\u2019s favorite ways to enjoy cheese in the\nfall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cheese Pairings: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Cricketer\u2019s Cheddar \u2013 Try it on some apple slices (maybe ones you\u2019ve picked yourself on an orchard visit) with Eat This Spiced Caramel and Pear Jam. If fall were a flavor, this could be it.&nbsp; <\/li><li>Red Witch \u2013 Happy Halloween! With a red rind of paprika, this is the perfect cheese for the holiday and pairs wonderfully with Eat This Tomato and Jalapeno Marmalade.<\/li><li>Primo Sale with Pesto \u2013 Go Birds! Being Eagles green makes this a great tailgating treat. Crostinis and bruschetta add texture and richness. &nbsp;<\/li><li>Triple Cr\u00e8mes &nbsp;&#8211; Delice de Bourgogne is like cheese butter, so grab it along with a loaf of our homemade fall harvest bread and you\u2019re all set. Or try Cambozola Black, a triple cr\u00e8me blue cheese, topped with fig spread. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cooking Suggestions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Gruyere macaroni and cheese \u2013 The ultimate\ncomfort food. Add some butternut squash for a fun fall twist. <\/li><li>Provolone and mozzarella in baked ziti \u2013 There\u2019s\nnot much better than a fork full of ooey gooey cheesy baked pasta when the\nweather turns cooler. OK, a fresh baguette for soaking up all the sauce never\nhurts.&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/li><li>Rattlesnake Cheddar beer cheese dip \u2013 This makes\na delicious dipping sauce for your Oktoberfest pretzels.
