\nSmelts, a traditional dish of the 7 Fishes, are a small freshwater fish that are simply perfect for battering and frying.\u00a0Flour-dusted and seasoned smelts are deep-fried and served with an anchovy aioli.<\/p>\n

Marinated Seafood Salad<\/strong>
\nMove you and your guest into lighter dishes to pace yourself through the feast with salads like our Marinated Seafood Salad. Octopus, calamari, shrimp and mussels are marinated in a light olive oil vinaigrette. When the ingredients are this quality, the simpler the better.<\/p>\n
