It is a great source of fiber and protein, both necessary for good digestion and health. Asparagus is a heart healthy vegetable. Your heart loves them! It also contains antioxidants that protect your skin from the sun. These little guys are great! (Especially pickled!)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>What you\u2019ll need:<\/strong><br \/>\nAsparagus, about 4-6 inches long<br \/>\nA tight lidded jar\/can<br \/>\nGarlic, minced<br \/>\nSpices of your choice<br \/>\nWater<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Steps:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Cut asparagus to desired size.
