Scott has been working around cheese for over 14 years (and this was after teaching for 23 years). He formerly taught disabled kids in Ellwood School District. A family owned business, specialty cheese distributors, fell into his lap about 23 years into teaching, where then he had a complete career change. After 14 years in the cheese business his passion for teaching prevailed, and now he directly assists customers who shop in our West Chester market. Ask him about his favorite versatile cheese, Parmigiano Reggiano, for unique pairings. People normally associate Parmigiano with pasta (and nothing else).
