It celebrates their contributions to the preservation and and strength of the “stars and stripes.” Not only does it celebrate the hard work of Americans all year but it also marks for many, the end of summer. It is the third most popular grilling day of year and often includes barbecues, parades and picnics. In honor of your hard-work all year, let us plan your barbecue for you! From easy, to delicious, to unique, these recipes will satisfy your tired hands!<\/p>\n

Angus Beef Burgers with Pesto<\/strong><\/span>
\nCarlino’s Angus Beef Burgers
\n1\/2 cup of Carlino’s Pesto
\n1\/4 cup of Mayonnaise
\nCiabatta Rolls
\n4 Portobello Mushrooms, Stemmed
\nRoasted Red Peppers
\nProvolone Cheese<\/p>\n

Stir pesto and mayo together and spread across toasted rolls. Grill mushrooms and place on burger along with the roasted red peppers! Add all of your extra favorites and you are ready to go!<\/p>\n

Grilled Corn on the Cob<\/strong><\/span>
\nCorn Ears
\nSoftened Butter
\nSalt and Pepper<\/p>\n

Peel back corn husks. Rub corn with softened butter and salt and pepper to taste. Close husks and wrap corn ears tightly in aluminum foil. Grill for 30 minutes or until corn is tender.<\/p>\n

Grilled Bananas<\/span><\/strong>
\n4 Bananas
\nI cup brown sugar
\nI teaspoon ground cinnamon
\n2 cups Carlino’s vanilla gelato
\nI tablespoon lemon juice<\/p>\n

Cut bananas into small pieces. Mix cinnamon and brown sugar in bowl. Sprinkle bananas with lemon juice. Roll bananas into sugar mixture until well coated. Place bananas on lightly oiled, aluminum foil and place on grill. Cook 3 minutes on each side then place 2 scoops of vanilla gelato and sprinkle remaining sugar mixture on top!<\/p>\n
