Swiss Chard and Cannellini Beans
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Carlino's Own Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 heads Swiss Chard, leaves roughly chopped, stem slice thin
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Onion, medium diced
- 1 can (19 oz.) Cannellini Beans, rinsed
Directions:
Heat olive oil over medium high heat and sauté stems of Swiss Chard, garlic and onions until the stem pieces are tender. Next, add the Swiss Chard leaves and sauté until wilted. Add Cannellini beans and season to taste.
