Parmigiano Encrusted Tilapia
Ingredients:
- 4 cups Breadcrumbs, unseasoned
- 1 cup Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese
- 1/2 cup Italian Parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup White Wine
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 4 pcs. Tilapia
Directions:
Combine breadcrumbs, cheese and parsley. Mix thorougly. Next, add white wine and mix to just wet the breadcrumb mixture. Spray a sheet tray with nonstick spray. Lay out Tilapia and coat with mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 15 minutes.
